Booster Club Request for Funding
Please submit the completed Request Form to the Seward High School Principal or Activities Director.
The Seward High School Booster Club usually meets on the 4th Monday of each month school is in session. You are asked to come to the Booster Club Meeting to present your request. If possible and appropriate, please include a picture or a brochure describing your request!
