Clean-Up Day in Seward Labeled One of the Best to Date!
What started as a cold, dark day for a county/city wide clean-up ended full of sunshine in more ways than one, as it appears to be recorded as one of the most successful clean-up efforts to date for the county promotion. Over 100+ local coordinators and volunteers worked together, side by side at the various clean-up and recycling areas in our community to assist the greater Seward area population in their efforts to beautify and recycle. Seward High Senior, Brinson Chapp of Seward, was honored and recognized by the Seward Rotary Club as the May Youth Rotarian of the Month. SHS Senior, Sam Brauer, was selected the May Fine Arts Youth of the Month. He is the son of Pat and Larry Brauer of Seward.
